Occasionally we have pieces come along that are just a little bit special ✨️ This one was particularly important because of our family ties to the Cheshire Regiment. These two beautiful seascapes by @carla_raads came to us to be framed as a matching pair 🌊 A collection of photos from the last few weeks 📷 We often get asked if we frame textiles and cross stitch pieces so when I saw this pink and green W from @hannahbassneedlepoint I knew it would make a great example piece 🧵 It was a pleasure to frame this gorgeous watercolour by a talented young artist 🐿 A double mount, slim oak frame and art glass makes the perfect combination. This beautiful painting travelled half way across the world to be stretched and framed by us, just in time for a special birthday 🥳 I ended up having a bit of a history lesson whilst stretching this one! 😆 We cannot believe that it was 2 years ago today when we got Wray & Co up and running. We began operating between our shed and garage, ferrying frames back and forth between us, working in the evenings and on weekends to make our dream a reality ✨️ Some of our recent favourites ✨️ The deckled edges of this watercolour are a lovely feature and didn't deserve to be covered up! This textile piece was a real pleasure to work on recently ✨️ We are always up for framing just about anything and this was no exception! A wedding memory framed and preserved for many years to come ✨️
